Throughout my two years of amazing journey in the department, I had countless opportunities to develop management skills, leadership and proactive thinking through various programs and events.

Dept. of Management, University of North Bengal gave me incredible amount of resources, guidance and helped me realize my dreams. It helped me sharpening my skills with knowledge which was ahead of its time and today enabled me stand out in a crowd. Interpersonal skills, professionalism and emotional intelligence were the key factors learnt which helped me to sail through all the turmoil of my career and successfully manage the work life balance. I am thankful to all the faculty members for their priceless contribution in my life.

[ Class of 2010] A department of study which is more than just a ‘department’: For me, this place has happened to be the best ‘teacher’ of life lessons. The two years that I have spent here have been proved to be the best years of my life so far. The department has bestowed me efficient managerial skills. The teaching and learning methodologies that I went through during my span of MBA have made me what I am today. Extensive practical models, continuous mentoring by teachers and regular exposure to corporate world through trips and tours was a part of my course in the department. As I grew up to be a ‘management teacher’ in my career, I am extremely thankful for all the proficiency and knowledge the department has given me.

[ Class of 2011] It is really important to find the right path to success at the right time and that's why I have chosen Department of Management, University of North Bengal as my career stone. It would be difficult to sum up the four semesters at the Department of Management in just few lines. My experience with this department has been very different and has led me to explore and learn new things both personally and professionally. The faculty at Department always focus on the career goals of the students with proper guidance in selecting the most suitable specialization based on one's strengths and passions. The best part of this department is that the Department provide internship and the placement opportunities the corporate sector by organizing various personality development classes, guest lectures, Industry oriented training and also offering the platform to the well-known companies in the placement activities. The most important thing I learned was that there is no shortcut to success. We should have dreams and we should work hard to fulfill those dreams.

[ Class of 2012] I feel fortunate to be a part of the Department Of Management, NBU. Learning in this college would never be the same without the help of respected teachers whose immense support and love made me today whoever I am and whatever I have achieved in my professional life. [ Class of 2015] Department of Management has developed the overall personality of the students, boosted confidence in them and provides with wide knowledge and exposure to the world booming economy. Personally, I was very impressed with the quality of the teaching, faculty support, and ensuring that each student gets a perfect blend of both academic theory and practical business experience. The group is headed by visionary leaders who think ahead of time and I am proud to be having associated with them. Department shaped me from the day one to face the corporate world. The environment in the placement cell (Mini Corporate World would be the right term) has taught me to be innovative and meticulous in approach to any strategic goals set for a professional. Whether the work scope is within domain of expertise or not, a proper approach can solve all issues in hand. It’s because of the knowledge I gained in there. [ Class of 2017] My alma mater NBU, department of management was one of my finest decision and have been nothing less than I had anticipated for. The environment is a mix of study and other interactive activities with the support from the ever helpful faculty and staffs.The courses, lectures, industrial visits and other co-curricular activities have helped fueling my confidence and develop me to what I am today. I feel the pride to be a part of this institution.

[ Class of 2017] Department itself is prescribed with n number of prons. One of the most important fact is that here students can freely meet and interact with faculties that helps in creating an excellent learning environment. Not much places offer students opportunity to learn and debate with each other and faculty on issues that helps in personal growth. [ Class of 2017] Success is not an end but a continuous process, this is one of the thing I have learned from Department of Management, NBU. Faculties here not only train and help us to get placed but also motivate to become Entrepreneur through business idea projects. Department aims at overall development of students and focuses more on practical experience combined with opportunies to get trained in big firms.

[ Class of 2018] It is a life full of fun and hardship, MBA life in this institute is like any colleges meant for fun and joy with a mix of lots of hardworking and learning. In this institute you will find lots of fun as well as pressure as like which happen with other students in other institutes. You will do fun and learn both together. [ Class of 2020 ] The Department of Management at NBU delivers a holistic development teaching technique, which has helped me to learn administration with a practical approach along with strong basics. Starting from professors to office staffs, everyone is really co-operative. It provided me a platform to explore my introverted-self and push my limitations beyond my comfort zone.
